Biography

Yifan Song is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Mays Business School. Prior to joining Mays, she was on the faculty at Temple University. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Florida. Her research interests include work-related stress, leadership and power in teams, and newcomer work adjustment. Her research has been published in leading management outlets, such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Personnel Psychology. She currently serves on the editorial boards of Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology.
