Zishuo Ye is a first-year doctoral student in the Department of Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Zhejiang University. Zishuo’s research focuses on understanding how individuals navigate dilemmas within organizations. His current work explores three main areas: 1) how employees balance adhering to ethical norms with pursuing personal interests, 2) how they respond to disagreements when evaluating their organizations’ CSR efforts, and 3) how they navigate the benefits and costs of interacting with artificial intelligence.
