Jumpstart Your Career Path
Employers note that graduates of this program accelerate faster in career progression because of the strong foundational understanding of important real estate concepts and focus on transferrable hard-skills such as Excel modeling and ARGUS. Students are able to obtain meaningful internships that assist the student in choosing the best career path.
Quick Payback on Educational Investment
Average starting salaries of $65,000 can be misleading as many real estate careers contain an incentivized pay structure. Recent starting salaries have ranged from $45,000 to $80,000, with compensation levels accelerating quickly thereafter.

“They say you only use 5% of what you learn in graduate school but I use 95%. The program is spot on and current regarding issues. I use my education everyday – the law that I learned from Dr. Elmore, the development practices from Dr. Haney and Cydney Donnell’s capital market class. I am living my dream life.”
– Nick Craig, Director of Finance/ Development Partner for Archangel Capital Partners, LLC, MRE Class of 2007
