Financial Support

We provide all of our PhD students with research assistantships (subject to funding). The research assistantship allows our PhD students to learn through assisting faculty members with their research projects. The research assistantship also provides the following benefits:

• A stipend for living expenses
• Payment of all tuition and fees
• Health and optional dental and vision insurance

In addition to the research assistantships, we also provide other benefits:

• College and university-wide fellowships for exceptionally well-qualified students
• Funding for travel to research conferences
• Funding for data necessary to complete research projects
