As an institute, we are charged with serving not only students in our home college-Mays Business School- but students across the scope of Texas A&M University. With a mindset of service and a team dedicated to growth, we are constantly adding to our slate of offerings and improving upon current programs in order to maximize their impact.

Each year we host two competitions for our students to participate in. Participate in the Texas A&M Collegiate Sales Competition and/or our Solving the World’s Problems events to learn more.

Career Fair

The only career fair on campus devoted entirely to sales opportunities. Whether you are looking for an internship or a full-time sales job, the companies at the Sales Career Fair are looking for YOU.

The Sales Career Fair is open to all Texas A&M Undergraduate students.

Etiquette Events

The Reynolds and Reynolds Sales Leadership Institute hosts events each semester focused on dining etiquette and social skills within professional settings. These events include lunches, dinners, happy hours, and networking workshops.

AmplifyU

Mays Business School has partnered with Texas A&M Athletics to create a program to help student-athletes differentiate themselves and leverage their innate abilities for success in business. AmplifyU offers courses on professional and leadership development as well as a tremendous network of former athletes and business leaders.

Sales Essentials

The Reynolds and Reynolds Sales Leadership Institute offers several bootcamp-style or virtual educational immersion programs. Each program is uniquely crafted to serve a select student population or interest.

SalesU

At the Sales Leadership Institute, we believe that sales skills are skills for life, and we want to help all students develop successful skills for executing the sales process. Discover our free 15-25 minute online modules where you can learn about and practice sales process skills like the idea pitch, the elevator pitch, and impromptu speaking, all with instructional input from Mays professors.

Professional Distinctions

The Sales Leadership Institute aims to provide Texas A&M students the opportunity to develop sales skills by means of networking, training, and real-world experience. By participating in our events, not only are you gaining valuable skills, but you are also earning points toward a Professional Distinction in Sales.
