STEM and ECON undergraduates have the quantitative background that is highly sought after for finance related positions. The MSF program is designed to take students’ undergraduate quantitative skills and focus that on the finance industry. We adapt our program to meet the demands of the industry set forth by our Advisory Board made up of representatives from 35 companies. Employers note that graduates from this program have strong quantitative skills and foundational understanding of finance concepts. This allows students to obtain meaningful internships that lead to ideal full-time job offers.

Payback on Educational Investment

Major investment firms and companies heavily recruit our graduates for the most attractive entry-level finance positions. Typical starting salaries for MSF graduates range from $55,000 to $75,000 and their salary can easily reach the six-figure mark within a decade after graduation.

The Aggie Network Advantage

“What matters most to employers is how a recruit performs after he or she is hired. Texas A&M is among the nation’s top universities on the most important metric. Employers who hire Aggies out of the A&M Finance Program receive almost certain recruiting success in return . . . smart, ethical, hard-working, great with people and humble. Then they come back for more.” Britt Harris, BBA Finance ’80, President, CEO and Chief Investment Officer, UTIMCO
