Admission Requirements

Items considered for admission to the MS-HRM program include:

  • A four-year baccalaureate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Completion of two application essay questions
  • Professional résumé
  • Interview


Curriculum Overview

The MS-HRM Program is a 37-credit hour, non-thesis graduate program delivered during 16 months. We team with corporate partners to ensure students develop the skills necessary for achievement and success in the field.


Our Human Resource Management degree is ranked 6th in the nation and 9th internationally for the 2015-2016 school year by Eduniversal


Participating in a professional internship is a central part of Mays’ MS-HRM Program. This opportunity will allow for the application of what has been learned in the classroom and help determine the HR functions of interest to students. Internships are typically 12 weeks in length and provide you with one hour of coursework credit.
