International Business Course Requirement (12 hours)

Please list the courses you have taken or plan to take that fulfill the 12 credit hours of international business coursework.* Three (3) of the 12 hours must be in your major. View a list of acceptable international business courses at tx.ag/MaysIBcourses.

*All business courses taken on a semester exchange program count towards the 12 credit hours of international business coursework requirement for the IB certificate.

Non-Business International Elective Requirement (6 hours)

Please list the courses you have taken or plan to take that fulfill the six (6) credit hours of non-business international coursework.* Course requirement can be fulfilled from any global course with non-business global themes or through two (2) semesters of study in the same foreign language. (Credit by exam not accepted.)

*With appropriate planning, the six (6) credit hours of non-business international electives requirement can satisfy both the IB certificate requirement and the BBA degree IC requirement.

European Union Area Studies Requirement (9 hours)

Foreign Language Requirement
