Mays Business School offers a variety of summer faculty-led and exchange program opportunities in a number of locations. Program requirements and application deadlines may vary.
Program Details
- Faculty Programs
- The application period is September 3 – December 15. Students are selected on a rolling basis upon approval until the program is at capacity.

- The $300 CIBS administrative fee billed after students ‘commit’ to a program is non-refundable.
- Please refer to the TAMU Health & Safety Travel Preparations website to prepare for a healthy and safe international experience.
- Exchange Programs
- Application Period is November 1 – February 1. Students are selected on a rolling basis upon approval until the program is at capacity.
- Summer exchange programs have a $500 EA exchange fee to be paid after students ‘commit’ to the program and is non-refundable. There is no CIBS administrative fee.
- Please refer to the TAMU Health & Safety Travel Preparations website to prepare for a healthy and safe international experience.
Funding
- CIBS Global Programs Scholarship: February 1.
- University-Wide Scholarships: October 15 – February 1.
- Visit the Education Abroad Funding page for additional funding sources.
- Submit Education Abroad Cost of Attendance Adjustment Form (provided by CIBS) to Scholarships & Financial Aid for additional scholarships, grants, and loans.
