Dr. Zhi Lu

Dr. Lu earned his Ph.D. in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. His current scholarly interest is in three domains: sales and service management, innovation and disruptive technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence), and sustainability. His research has been published in premier marketing and interdisciplinary academic journals, including California Management Review, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Association for Consumer Research, Annals of Tourism Research, Science of the Total Environment, Habitat International, Growth & Change, Computers, Materials & Continua, Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing, and the Asia Pacific Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, among others. He serves as the Vice-Chair for AMA Entrepreneurial Marketing SIG and consults for various companies across industries to improve their marketing performance.
