Dr. Zhou received her Ph.D. in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University in 2013. She has experience teaching marketing research, global marketing and customer analytics at the undergraduate and master levels in University of South Carolina, Pennsylvania State University, and Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands.

She uses quantitative methods to study managerial research problems, with a special interest in services marketing. She has expertise in the airline industry and the education industry.

She has published in top academic journals, such as Journal of Marketing, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science.
