Hi, my name is Mike Zachrich. I came to Signature in mid – 2010 and remain on an exciting path. I started in our entry-level recruiting program in our Charlotte office and within 12 months I hit my first milestone in recruiting (hybrid inside/outside sales). Just shy of my two-year anniversary, I decided to move into Outside Sales and within 14 months, was able to reach another milestone, but this time in sales. October of 2014 brought an amazing opportunity and I moved from my sales role in Charlotte to open up and manage the new office in Miami, FL. 

Since then, we have become one of the most profitable offices in the company. What I am most proud of in our Miami operation is that we are 100% organically grown, each of us coming through Signature Consultants award-winning training programs. As a result of my experience in Miami, I now work to help build out and grow other profitable markets.

As we go forward, I am very excited to grow our footprint out west and continue to develop and train our hard-working team members!
