Dr. Parish is Clinical Professor and Associate Department Head in the Department of Marketing in Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. In addition, she is the Director of the Sales Leadership Institute which is aimed at creating new opportunities for students in sales-related careers. Dr. Parish is also a Mays Teaching Fellow and a recipient of the Association of Former Students College Level Distinguished Achievement Award for Teaching and the Mays Business School Faculty Service Excellence Award.

Dr. Sridhar is the CED Professor of Marketing and Associate Professor of Marketing at Texas A&M’s Mays Business School. Prior to Texas A&M, he worked at the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. Dr. Sridhar’s expertise is in understanding marketing-mix effectiveness, sales forecasting, and customer-focused strategy. He has published more than 40 articles in various top-tier academic and practitioner outlets (e.g., Harvard Business Review, Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research).
Dr. Sridhar currently serves as Area Editor for Journal of Marketing Research, and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and on the Editorial Board of Journal of Marketing, and Journal of Retailing. His research has been featured in National Public Radio (NPR), Reuters Inc., FOX News, and Booz & Co. Sridhar is also a co-author of a book titled Marketing Strategy: Based on First Principles and Data Analytics, currently being used at several top business schools in the world.
Dr. Sridhar has consulted with numerous companies on their marketing-mix strategies and resource allocation. Past clients include CertainTeed, St. Gobain, Seattle Times, Morris Corporation, IBM, Top of the World, Avery Dennison, and Shawcor.
Andrew Loring, M.S.

Professor Loring is Lecturer and Assistant Director of the Sales Leadership Institute. He also serves as the Faculty Advisor for Sales Club, the Sales Team Advisor, and the Gallup Strengths Coach for Sales Leadership Institute and the M.S. Business Program. Professor Loring was awarded the 2017 Herb Thompson Outstanding Marketing Teacher Award, and the Outstanding M.S. Business Program Faculty Member for 2016-2017. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Development.
Brian Molhusen, B.B.A. Marketing

Mr. Molhusen is an Executive Professor for the Sales Leadership Institute bringing thirty-seven years of business to business sales, marketing and management experience with Hormel Foods.
Mr. Molhusen held multiple positions at Hormel Foods including, Sales Representative, Sales Manager, and a Director within the sales organization managing sales activity for the Eastern portion of the US. In 2004, he moved to Hormel’s corporate office as a Director of Retail Operations and Training. In the retail role he was responsible for all retail activity throughout the US.
Mr. Molhusen is an avid golfer, and Aggie sports enthusiast.

Dr. Eli Jones is Professor of Marketing, Dean of Mays Business School, and Lowry and Peggy Mays Eminent Scholar at his alma mater, Texas A&M University. From July 1, 2012 until June 30, 2015, he was Dean of the Sam M. Walton College of Business and the Sam M. Walton Leadership Chair at the University of Arkansas. From July 1, 2008 until June 30, 2012, he served as Dean of the E. J. Ourso College of Business and the E. J. Ourso Distinguished Professor of Business at Louisiana State University (LSU). Professor Jones was at the University of Houston for 11 years. There he was Assistant Professor, Associate Professor with tenure, Full Professor, Associate Dean for Executive Education Programs and, prior to that, the founding Executive Director of the Sales Excellence Institute at the University of Houston.
He has published in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management, Management Science, and Journal of Applied Psychology, among others. He has received Excellence in Teaching awards on the university, national, and international levels. He teaches strategic selling, advanced professional selling, key accounts selling, sales leadership, and marketing strategy at the undergraduate and MBA levels, and a Ph.D. seminar on marketing strategy. Before becoming a professor, Jones worked in sales and sales management for three Fortune 100 companies. Positions held include key account manager, key account executive (responsible for two of the Top 25 accounts in the U.S.), zone sales planning manager (responsible for sales in three states), sales manager, and zone sales manager designate.

Wendy joined the Mays team in 2009 to develop and manage the Behavioral Research Program for the Marketing Department. In March 2018 Wendy joined the Sales Leadership Institute as Program Manager.
Prior to joining Texas A&M Wendy worked for the Association of American Medical Colleges in Washington, DC as the Assistant Director of the American Medical College Application System (AMCAS) and as Special Assistant to the Executive Director of the American Dental Education Association.
Education: B.S. Agribusiness with Business Administration minor, Texas A&M University – Kingsville
Prior to joining the Reynolds & Reynolds Sales Leadership Institute in May of 2019, Glynna was Secretary for the Board of Directors for the Center for Peace Victoria in her hometown of Victoria, Texas. She also interned at the nonprofit and nonpartisan Partnership for Public Service in Washington, D.C. in 2018.
Outside of work, Glynna enjoys camping, hiking, attending Young Professionals Association events and sewing.
Ms. McNutt is a junior majoring in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences. She loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family.

Ms. Sosa-Wade is a senior Marketing major in the Professional Selling and Sales Management track and is currently interning with the Reynolds & Reynolds Sales Leadership Institute. Previously, Adriana interned with IHG Group Hotels in Mexico as a Sales Executive where she learned more about sales in the hotel industry. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, and learning new things.
