In his current role as Senior Manager of Business Development for the Americas at Dell Technologies, Tim’s team is responsible for driving market growth inside the Small Business organization. His team owns strategy and planning in key areas including recruiting, demand generations, routes to market, and sales enablement for both North America and Brazil.  In his 11-year career at Dell, he has spent the majority of his time in sales and sales management, with the last 3 years focusing on strategy and business development. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
